Why use Flash?
Flash is the standard for displaying animations on the Web and is installed on over 97% of the computers on the Internet, so no extra download is required to view the banners you create with Ignite Banner.

What platforms does Ignite Banner support?
Ignite Banner was designed to support Windows, Mac OS, and Linux. As of now we only support Windows, but we plan on adding other platforms in the future.

Why do I need Java?
Ignite Banner is a Java application. The Ignite Banner Setup program will check the version of Java currently installed on your system and upgrade it to latest version if needed.

How do I get updates to Ignite Banner?
You can update your copy of Ignite Banner to the latest version by simply downloading the latest version and installing it over top your current version. If you have purchased and activated Ignite Banner, the new version will be activated automatically.

Can I use any fonts in Ignite Banner?
Yes. Ignite Banner can use any font installed on your system. To use new fonts in Ignite Banner, simply add them to Windows. For directions on how to add new fonts to Windows, click here.
